ABOUT THE EVENT 6.14.26 @ Realm

La Dolce Disco is a curated, two-part editorial experience designed to bring creatives together in a vibrant, disco-inspired setting.

Part One: The Styled Editorial Session (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) | Photographer tickets only

The first half of the day is a ticketed styled shoot exclusively for photographers who purchase a photographer pass. During this session, models are professionally cast and styled in advance. Hair, makeup, and wardrobe direction are thoughtfully curated to create cohesive, elevated imagery. This portion of the day is structured, intentional, and designed to give photographers access to refined, editorial moments in a beautifully designed space.

Part Two: The Open Creative Session (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM) | Model & Guest Tickets Only | Photographers From Part One Will Get To Stay

The second half of the day shifts into a more relaxed, community-driven atmosphere. Photographers who purchased a ticket for the morning session are welcome to stay and continue shooting. This portion is open to any model who would like to attend with a model ticket. Models during this session will not be styled by the event team and are encouraged to come camera-ready. The energy becomes more fluid, collaborative, and disco-forward — perfect for creative exploration and connection.

La Dolce Disco blends structure with spontaneity, offering both a polished editorial experience and an open creative celebration, all within one unforgettable Sunday.

FAQ's

What is La Dolce Disco?

A curated creative experience featuring three disco-inspired sets inside Realm Denver — designed for photographers and models to collaborate in an elevated, styled environment.

Is this a workshop?

No. This is not a formal educational workshop.

There will be light creative direction and posing guidance from the event host to keep the flow strong and the imagery elevated — but there will be no structured teaching, lectures, or instructional segments.

What are the event times?

Part I: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Styled editorial session (photographers + 8 pre-cast models only)

Part II: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Open creative session (photographers stay + model ticket holders join)

Who can attend the morning styled session?

Only photographers who purchase a photographer ticket.
Models for this session are pre-cast and styled in advance.

Can models attend the morning session?

No. Morning access is limited to ticketed photographers and selected cast models only.

How does it work for cast models?

A model casting will be held on 4/26, where a total of two couples and four individual models will be selected for the styled editorial session (Part I: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM).

Cast models will be styled by our in-house stylists to align with the La Dolce Disco creative direction. Wardrobe and overall aesthetic will be curated for the event.

Cast models are responsible for arriving with hair and makeup completed and event-ready.

Selected cast models will be compensated for their participation and given lunch.

Additional details regarding call time and styling coordination will be shared directly with those chosen.

What does a photographer ticket include?

• Access to all three sets
• Shooting time during the fully styled session
• Access to the open afternoon session
• Light snacks and drinks provided
• A capped 20-photographer environment

There are no afternoon-only photographer tickets.

What does a model ticket include?

• Access to the 1:30–3:00 PM open session
• Collaboration with attending photographers

Model ticket holders are not styled by the event team and should arrive camera-ready.

How many tickets are available?

20 photographer tickets (hard cap)
30 model/open-session tickets (hard cap)

Capacity cannot exceed these numbers.

Are tickets refundable?

No. Due to production planning and limited capacity, all sales are final.

How Does Shooting Work? (For Photographers)

To maintain an intentional and elevated creative environment, photographers will be organized into small groups upon arrival.

Photographers will be placed into groups of four and paired with an event host/point person. Each group will rotate through all three sets during the styled session.

Each set will have a designated time block.

During the first 15 minutes at each set, the event host will provide light direction and posing guidance to establish strong movement, flow, and editorial energy.

During the final 15 minutes, photographers may take turns directing the model if they wish — allowing for personal creative interpretation while maintaining structure and fairness within the group.

This rotation format ensures:
• Balanced shooting time
• Clear direction
• A collaborative atmosphere
• No overcrowding at sets

The host/co-host will announce when it is time to rotate between sets.

Casted- Models will remain stationed at their assigned set during rotation to keep timing organized and ensure smooth transitions.

If you would like to work with a model on a different set than their assigned station, that opportunity will be available toward the end of the styled session during designated “free time.”

The goal is to create beautiful work while keeping the experience smooth, respectful, and creatively energizing.

How Does the Afternoon Session Work (1:30–3:00 PM)?

This is where things get fluid, collaborative, and disco-fueled.

Model ticket holders should arrive camera-ready. Hair, makeup, and styling are not provided during the afternoon session. Bring 1–2 outfits that align with the theme — think bold, metallic, textured, playful, and movement-friendly.

During this session, photographers and models are free to move between sets and collaborate organically. Choose the sets you’re drawn to. Work with the creatives you vibe with. Create intentionally.

Photographers: approach respectfully and communicate clearly.
Models: feel empowered to initiate collaboration.

If you’re unsure where to start or would like help connecting, Katie or Jordyn (your event hosts) are happy to assist and facilitate introductions.

The energy shifts from structured to open — but professionalism, respect, and collaboration remain the priority.

Come ready. Come on theme. Come ready to make something unforgettable.

How do I receive my images?

La Dolce Disco is a collaborative creative event. Image delivery is handled directly between photographers and models.

The event host does not guarantee image delivery, turnaround times, or quantity of images. All agreements regarding photo sharing, editing, tagging, and usage should be discussed directly between the individuals involved.

If you are a model, we encourage you to communicate expectations clearly before shooting.

If you are a photographer, please be transparent about your delivery timeline and intentions.

The event host is not responsible for disputes, unmet expectations, or lack of image delivery between attendees.

Where should I park?

Parking is available in and around Realm Denver, including nearby lots and street parking. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to find a spot.

There is also a brewery located next door if you’d like to grab a drink after the event and continue the creative energy.

Please be mindful of posted parking signs and neighborhood guidelines.
